For the celebration of Christmas and New Year’s Eve in Reunion Island, the team at PALM Hotel & Spa has prepared an exciting festive program.


Christmas Eve 2018
24th December 2018, starting from 7.30pm

Like each year for Christmas, our Chef Claude Pothin has sourced out exceptional products. On the menu of your Christmas Eve dinner 2018: toasts with homemade foie gras, tuna skewers glazed with foie gras, tonka beans and crunch peanuts, burbot and langoustine duo or saddle of lamb with conflore mousseline with Bourbon vanilla…

Kids will also enjoy a delicious buffet with mouthwatering dishes: toot fish fish and chips, Black Angus beef shepherd pie, chocolate fountain…

On top of a delicious Christmas Eve dinner, local group “Marmay La Kour” and a DJ will entertain you all-night-long.

New Year’s Eve 2019
31st December 2019, starting from 7.30 pm

Join us for a festive evening under the lights of the cabarets ! Chic and glamour will be the keywords of this New Year’s Eve!  On 31st December, start your evening with a local vibe with the local music group “Marmay La Kour”. While dining, you will enjoy some mesmerizing cabaret performance.  After dinner, dance to the music of a DJ before ringing in the New Year with a spectacular firework.

On the menu of this New Year’s Eve, a delicious buffet including: a foie gras bar, flambeed tiger prawns, Iberian pork ribs, venison meat encrusted with black pepper, or a grilled lobster…

Children will also enjoy a side array of hot dishes: smoked salmon rolled cake, tiger prawns and scallops skewers, mini chicken burgers with foie gras sauce…
