On Saturday November 6, 2021, we invite you to the Makassar salon for a 4-part dinner around an exceptional product: the mushroom.

From 7:30 P.M., let yourself be tempted by a taste and forest walk guided by Chef Pothin and his team. The sommelier of the Caves du Palm, Sébastien Chabbert, will also be present to make you taste a selection of wines which will reveal with finesse the most subtle flavors of the button mushroom, the girolle, the cep and the truffle.
