In accordance with the emergency law, article 11 n°2020-290 of March 23rd 2020, to deal with the epidemic of covid-19.

Dear guests,

Following the different measures taken on a global scale to limit the spread of covid-19, PALM Hotel & Spa is taking the required measures in order to guarantee its guests the flexibility they need during this difficult period.

For any stay between 03/01/20 and 09/15/20
  

> If you booked your stay through a travel agency, a tour operator, an online booking platform or any other travel-related business

 We invite you to get in touch with them directly.

> If you booked your stay directly with us (through our official website, by e-mail or by phone) and paid a deposit :

You may postpone your stay without fee for 18 months, starting from your initial date of arrival. We draw your attention to the fact that any booking modification will be made according to availability and will be subject to any price differences.

We invite you to get in touch with us directly by e-mail in order to receive a voucher equivalent to the amount of your deposit (to be used for your next stay) or for any booking modification request :

For any stay between 05/01/20 and 06/30/20 

You may cancel your stay without any charge, up to 2 days before arrival. 30% of the total amount of your stay will be charged 48h before arrival and will not be refundable.

For any stay between 07/01/20 and 09/10/20

You may cancel your stay without any charge up to 14 days before arrival or postpone you stay without any charge up to 7 days before your initial arrival date.

Measures taken on-site with priority given to our hosts and to our associates

For several weeks, our whole team has  been sensitised and trained to the precautionary measures recommended by the WHO to prevent the spread of COVID-19. (hand washing training, avoiding handshakes and kissing, adopting preventive actions, provision of hydro-alcoholic solutions, how to behave if the first signs appear, etc.)

Moreover, a reinforced cleaning of common areas and the disinfection of certain equipment have been added to our standard operations procedure to prevent the spread of the virus.
