Hosting
The official time for handing over the keys to your room is 2pm.However, if your room is ready before 2pm, we will be happy to give you your keys in advance.
Please vacate your room by 11am on the day of your departure.However, you are welcome to continue using the hotel’s facilities even after you have checked out. Towels will be provided and luggage will be stored in the luggage room.
Subject to availability, late check-out can be arranged at an additional cost.
Only the Suites, Lodges and Pool Lodges have a bathtub in the bathroom. Suites also have an outdoor shower, and Lodges and Pool Lodges have a walk-in shower in the bathroom. Superior and Deluxe rooms have a walk-in shower only.
Only the Suites and Lodges have a private Jacuzzi on their terrace.The Pool Lodge has an outdoor heated swimming pool (6m x 3m).
The hotel’s facilities, including the swimming pools, are strictly reserved for the hotel’s resident clientele. If you would like to discover the hotel for a relaxing day, and take advantage of the hotel’s facilities, without necessarily staying at the hotel, we offer the ‘Kah Zen Package’ available from Monday to Friday.
We do not offer a day package for children.
The hotel offers 8 connecting Superior Rooms for the comfort of family stays. Each Superior Room can accommodate up to 2 adults and 1 baby (0-3 years). For guests aged 12 and over, the ‘adult’ conditions apply.
The Palm also offers 14 Suites (55 m²). Each Suite offers a separate bedroom equipped with a games console and a jacuzzi on the outdoor veranda. Each Family Suite can accommodate up to 2 adults and 2 children (under 12) or 2 adults and 1 teenager.
The hotel also has a games room for children.

We offer a honeymoon package for stays of 5 nights or more.
Autrement, quelle que soit la durée de votre séjour, nous vous invitons à mentionner la célébration d’un évènement spécial (anniversaire, lune de miel,…) lors de votre réservation. Lors de votre réservation, vous pouvez également personnaliser votre séjour avec plusieurs options, tels qu’un soin à Akéa Spa, un accueil romantique ou une bouteille de Champagne.
In addition to the hotel’s two swimming pools, there is a games room, table tennis, pool table and mini golf practice area. Board games are also available on request from the concierge.
It is possible to organise a babysitting service (at an additional cost) on request, at least 24 hours in advance, by contacting our concierge service at: conciergerie@palm.re . Please note that this request is subject to the availability of the different baby-sitters we work with.
RESTAURATION
The hotel does not offer brunch.
If the hotel’s availability allows, it is possible to book a breakfast at Le Makassar restaurant, served from 6.30am to 10am. (€35 per adult and teenager, €22 per child aged 3 to 11).
Please note that a reservation at one of the hotel’s restaurants does not entitle you to use the hotel’s swimming pools. If you are not staying at the hotel, only the ‘Kah Zen package’, valid from Monday to Friday, allows you to use the hotel’s facilities.
No, the hotel does not offer full board.
In order to limit food waste, Le Palm Hotel & Spa no longer offers buffet lunches and dinners.
EVENTS & SEMINARS
Exactly! The hotel has a seminar room that can be divided into 2 air-conditioned lounges, as well as two restaurants. Our Seminars and Banquets Manager is available by e-mail at joel.lebon@palm.re to put together a tailor-made offer to meet your requirements.

The hotel has three Deluxe rooms, a Suite and a Pool Lodge specially adapted for people with reduced mobility. An ergonomic toilet lift and an adapted shower chair can be provided in the room on request.
Most of the hotel’s public areas are wheelchair accessible, including the spa. The heated swimming pool is accessible via a jib.
The hotel also holds the ‘Surdité – LSF’ quality label, attesting to the ability of certain members of staff to provide a welcome in French sign language. Magnetic loops are also available at reception and in the restaurants.
