ACCOMMODATION
The official check-in time is at 2 pm. However, if your room is ready before that official time, we will gladly give you your keys in advance.
We invite you to leave your room before 11 am on the day of your departure. However, you may still use the hotel facilities even after checking-out. Towels will be provided and your luggage will be stored in the luggage room.
If hotel’s availability allows, you may ask for a late check-out (with an extra fee).
Only the Suites, Lodges and Pool Lodges are equiped with a bathtub in their bathroom. The Suites are also equipped with an outdoor shower, and the Lodges and Pool Lodges are equiped with a walk-in shower in the bathroom. The “Superior” and “Deluxe” rooms are only equipped with a walk-in shower.
Only the Suites and Lodges are equiped with a hot tub on their terrace. The Pool Lodge is equipped with a heated outdoor pool (6m x 3m)
Hotel facilities, including swimming pools, are strictly reserved to hotel’s residents. If you want to discover the hotel on a relaxing day, and take advantage of the hotel’s facilities, we offer the « Formule Kah Zen » available from Monday to Friday.
There is no day-pass for children
The hotel has three Deluxe rooms, a Suite and a Pool Lodge specially adapted for people with reduced mobility. An ergonomic toilet lift as well as an adapted shower chair are available in the room upon request.
Most of the hotel’s public areas are wheelchair accessible, including the spa. A pool lift provides access to the heated swimming pool
The hotel also holds the “Surdité – LSF” quality label attesting the ability of certain members of our staff to welcome our hosts using French sign language. Magnetic loops are also available at reception and in restaurants.
The hotel offers 8 communicating Superior Rooms for a comfortable family holiday. Each Superior Room can accommodate up to 2 adults and 1 baby (0 to 3 years old). Starting from 12 years old, “adult” conditions apply.
14 Suites (55 m²) are also available. Each Suite offers a separate bedroom equipped with a games console and a jacuzzi on the outside veranda. Each Suite can accommodate up to 2 adults and 2 children (under 12) or 2 adults and 1 teenager.
The hotel offers a games room for kids (unsupervised) During local school holidays (Réunion), a supervisor offers some activities to children (3-12 years old) each afternoon.

RATES & OFFERS
The rates depend on the type of accommodation you would like to book, the number of people, the period and the length of your stay. Special offers are regularly updated on our official website, so you may enjoy our best rates all-year-long. We suggest a honeymoon offer for any 5-night stay minimum.
Otherwise, regardless the length of your stay, we invite you to mention the celebration of a special event (birthday, honeymoon, etc.) while booking your room. When making your reservation, you can also personalize your stay with several options, such as a wellness care at Akea Spa, a romantic decoration or a bottle of Champagne.
In addition to the hotel’s two swimming pools, a games room (unsupervised), table tennis, petanque ground, pool table and a mini golf practice are also available. Board games are also available with our concierge service upon request.
During local school holidays (Réunion), a supervisor offers some activities to children (3-12 years old) each afternoon.
A babysitting service can be arranged upon request, at least 24 hours in advance with our concierge service at: conciergerie@palm.re This request is subject to the availability of the various babysitters we work with.
F&B
The hotel does not offer any brunch.
If hotel availability allows it, it is possible to make a reservation for breakfast at Le Makassar restaurant, served from 6.30 am to 10 am. (30€ per adult, 20€ per child aged 3 to 11). Please kindly note that a booking at one of the hotel restaurants does not allow you to use the hotel swimming pools. If you are not staying at the hotel, only the « formule Kah Zen », valid from Monday to Friday, allows you to use the hotel’s facilities.
The half-board plan at the Palm Hotel & Spa includes:
– Breakfast served as a buffet at Le Makassar restaurant.
– A starter, main course, dessert à la carte from Le Makassar restaurant. Extra fees are applicable on certain dishes. These extra fees are clearly indicated by a small star on the restaurant menu.
No, the hotel does not offer a full board plan.
In order to limit food waste, Palm Hotel & Spa no longer offers a buffet for lunch or dinner. However, we invite you to discover the “Sur Mesure” option available at the Live Cooking area of the restaurant Le Makassar. This option offers you a selection of meat and fish, cooked “à la minute” and accompanied by the sauce and sides of your choice.
