Christmas Eve 2025

As every year at Christmas, Chef Claud Pothin has sought out exceptional products to delight you on Christmas Eve. On the menu : a selection of exquisite local dishes and delicious culinary specialities such as green mango and zourite vindaye spring rolls, duck cromesquis with tangor juice and foie gras, a tartare bar, fresh and baked oysters but also gravlax salmon platter, lobster, goose magret, and maturated norman beef fillet on the plancha.
Children will enjoy a buffet of delicious dishes served in a private lounge, where they can take part in games and activities led by our entertainers.

Santa’s visit
On December 25th, children will have the chance to meet Santa Claus during breakfast.

New Year’s Eve 2026
2025 December 31th, from 7 pm.
This year, the Palm invites you to a magical and enchanting evening…A fireworks display will mark the beginning of the year 2026.
The delicious Saint-Sylvestre buffet will include : lobster and finger lime samoussas, duck cromesquis, oyster aspic, mosaic maki-sushi, scallops and venison loin on the plancha, and toothfish blanquette with shellfish and yellow lime.
