Valentine’s Day 2019

To celebrate this Valentine’s day 2019, our chef Claude Pothin and its team has prepared a mouthwatering 4-course menu, to enjoy exclusively at the Makassar restaurant.

In an intimate setting, enjoy a romantic dinner overlooking the Indian ocean. 

To extend your evening, don’t forget to book your room in advance. Romantic setting in room, bottle of champagne, couple massage at Akea Spa, are all possible options to make your romantic stay unforgettable.

Starter

Bar carpaccio
Ginger jelly, Perlita caviar and local raspberry

Fish

Marbled coralgrouper fillet
Steamed with nasturtium flower, artichoke a la barigoule, sweet potato with sesame and drawn butter with yellow wine

Meat

Pigeon from “Les Avirons”
Blueberries glazed pigeon, wild pepper, beetroot, parsnip mousseline and its sauce


Dessert

Her & Him (for two)
Biscuit, cherry from Brazil, marmalade, vanilla and champagne cream

Drinks

Appetizer, 1/2 bottle of champagne per person, still and and sparking waters, tea, coffee. The 1/2 bottle of champagne can be replaced by wine with a credit of 35€/pers.
