Roasted with colonnata bacon, smoked orange-fleshed sweet potato mousseline, coral blinis and nage flavoured with champagne

Meat

Pigeon from “Les Avirons”
Glazed with beetroot and blueberries from “Les Makes”, papaya cream with galabé and pickled black radish


Dessert

Chéri – Cherry
Creamy, stewed and crunchy cherry and ginger like a white forest cake

Drinks

Appetizer, 1/2 bottle of champagne per person, still and and sparking waters, tea, coffee. The 1/2 bottle of champagne can be replaced by wine with a credit of 35€/pers.
